Social Golfer is a four-bay commercial indoor golf destination in Petoskey, Michigan. Zarka Construction is completing the specialized construction work that transforms the simulator areas into durable, professionally finished golf environments—including impact-screen framing, wall and ceiling protection, underlayment, turf, hitting surfaces, and finish details. Once our construction scope is complete, the bays will be ready for installation and commissioning of the Trackman simulator technology.

The simulator spaces are being prepared for their next phase of construction. Zarka Construction has been engaged to complete the specialized simulator-environment work, with materials now ordered and being delivered to the site ahead of our scheduled start. Existing conditions will be documented when we arrive in Petoskey.

Coordinating materials, delivery timing, and the specialized components for each bay in advance helps keep field work focused once construction begins.
