Before Construction: Establishing the Baseline
Before construction begins, we documented the existing space from three fixed viewpoints. These photographs establish the project’s visual baseline and will be repeated throughout the build to show how the space changes over time. Phase 1 will focus on constructing two purpose-built Trackman simulator bays and preparing them for operation. Once the simulator side is up and running, the space will be temporarily divided so the future retail area can be built separately without delaying use of the bays. The retail golf equipment, supplies, and accessories area is planned as a later phase. Inside the Build will document each stage—from the original conditions through simulator construction, temporary separation, retail build-out, and the completed indoor golf destination.
